Important Information

Features

  • Volley Arrow: Double-headed foam arrow visually teaches how the racquet angle at contact creates the arc and direction of the ball. Just finish with the arrow pointing in the direction you just hit the ball! Fits into the throat of any racquet.
  • Spin Doctor: Teach topspin and backspin for groundstrokes, and spin for slice and topspin serves in seconds. Even complete beginners see and feel the ball spinning. Spin Doctor features include telescopic pole and foam injected tennis ball mounted on the end like a paint roller. Amazing results!
  • Volley Doctor: Millions of tennis players drop their racquet heads on their volleys. Verbal reminders don't help since they need to feel what it's like to keep their racquet head up. The Volley Doctor solves this problem quickly and painlessly. Fits all racquets and wrist sizes. Great training aid!
  • Grip Doctor: Understanding and mastering correct grips has challenged players of all levels since the first tennis ball was hit over one hundred years ago! The Grip Doctor uses a simple yet effective two-part Velcro system that fits all hand sizes, and attaches to any grip in seconds. It can be used over and over again. You won't believe how easily it works!
  • Serve Doctor: Getting a feel for correct body position relative to ball position on the serve (or even groundstrokes) is a problem for many beginning players. The Serve Doctor is a simple yet professional-looking device consisting of an extension pole and Velcro system that attaches to any tennis ball. Just hold the ball in position and have the player hit it right off the rope. It's that simple!
  • Toss Doctor (2 pcs.) - Bad tosses on the serve have held back many tennis players from getting better faster. The Toss Doctor helps players of all levels gain more control over their toss. So quick and easy, you won't believe it!
  • Numbered Cones: Tennis would be easier if you had more time in between shots to decide where to hit. Time is short and decisions must be quick and intelligent. Here are two examples of exercises using Numbered Cones:

Play against a ball machine with one cone in each of the quadrants across the net. Before the fed ball lands on your side, call out the number of the quadrant you are aiming for. Place two cones on each side of the net behind the service lines. Rally with a partner with each of you calling out the number you are aiming for.

  • Coach's Clip Board: This dry erase-board is a real lifesaver when teaching players exactly where to be and where to hit on the court. Includes dry erase marker. Clip your papers on one side, and use the tennis court on the other side for diagrams. Includes a convenient dry erase marker. 9 x 16
  • Arm Pocket Developer: The one-size-fits-all Arm Pocket Developer is a great aid for many situations. It corrects oversize backswings on service returns and groundstrokes, while forcing a unit turn for more efficient strokes. Also cuts out big backswings on volleys!
  • Forehand Fixer: Too many players incorrectly hit forehand groundstrokes with an isolated arm motion and their shoulder as the center of rotation. Through scientific studies, we understand that the entire body must work efficiently as a unit to hit an optimal forehand, a stroke wielding maximum power and control, yet without excessive effort. Along with ground forces (bending in the knees), body rotation is the key to a better forehand. The Forehand Fixer guides beginners to feel the correct biomechanics right from the start. Intermediates looking to improve will also gain a faster feel for the correct swing. It will also reinforce the right technique for advanced players. Instructions included.
