Why is my order missing an item?

If an item is ordered but unavailable to ship it will be noted on your invoice. The item will not be included in the order and your card will not be charged for the out of stock item.

What Shipping methods are available for the United States and Internationally?

UPS Sure Post and UPS Blue Label for orders shipped within the US USPS Priority Mail International for orders shipped outside the US

What is the timeframe for shipping within the United States and Internationally?

US Shipments:
UPS Sure Post will take between 3-10 days depending on location.
UPS Blue Label will take between 2-3 days depending on location.

International Shipments:
USPS Priority Mail International will take 10-30 days depending on location.

Why is there a hold on my account?

Your order is preauthorized by your credit card’s bank. The card will be charged when invoiced and the held amount will be dropped by your bank within 72 hours.

Can I change the shipping address on an order that has already been placed?

Orders ship immediately after receipt. Once placed, we are unable to make any changes.
